Process focuses on processes that are already in place. It does not create any additional organisational processes to the existing examination routines.

The trade company participants in system will ask their suppliers and laboratories to record all results of the laboratory examinations they have commissioned centrally via the system in the future and to enter the data into the database. Parallel to this, the will forward the examination results to the trading company for whom the goods are destined. 

The will highlight any findings entered into database that exceed the statutory tolerances. will follow up on these findings and contact the corresponding quality systems and standards so that they can investigate why the tolerances were exceeded and check their respective system participant.

Also, will analyse the entered laboratory results to indentify any irregularities regarding the use of pesticides. The objective is to recognise any trends or developments as quickly as possible so that action can be taken.
